2. Using your FRIEND'S Contact Info Enter:

  • Shipping State
  • Wine Club Option (2/4 Bottles. Red/White/Mix)
  • Personal Information: Name, Gender, Birthdate, Email Address, Phone Number(s), Shipping Address

3. Using YOUR Information Enter:

  • Your Credit Cardholder Name
  • Your Billing Address
  • Your Credit Card Number
  • Create a simple password for the account which you will provide your friend with after enrollment

4. Contact Your Friend & Let Them Know:

  • You've given them a gift subscription to Direct Cellars Wine Club!
  • To watch for the confirmation email from Direct Cellars which has their referral link, in case they want to share with friends and earn free wine!
  • To watch for the UPS Shipping Email to coordinate signature for delivery (Someone over 21 must be present for delivery)
  • Send them their password to their account so they can login and update their credit card information if they want to continue their subscription!

5. Suspend Membership within 30 Days:

  • Your Credit Card will automatically be charged for your friend's monthly wine club subscription unless you suspend the account, or they update their credit card information to their own. 
  • Contact Customer Service using an ETicket
    • Login to YOUR FRIEND'S Direct Cellars Web Site:
    • Use the password you set up when you enrolled them
    • Click on Message Center
    • Click on Add Ticket
    • Paste "Please suspend my wine club membership"
    • Click Save Ticket
    • Customer Service will respond back in 24 hours
  • NOTE: If your friend wants to update the credit card information to their own they can do so by logging into their Direct Cellars Web Site, sending an email or by calling Customer Support
